Welcome to FaTaL3DPrints. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this website, as well as your purchase of products from FaTaL3DPrints.

By visiting this website, browsing our products, placing an order, or using any part of our store, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, and any other policies posted on this website.

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Shop Overview

FaTaL3DPrints produces made-to-order resin 3D printed models, garage kits, collectibles, display pieces, and related hobby items.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in a product listing, all products sold by FaTaL3DPrints are physical 3D printed items only. Digital files, STL files, source files, 3D model files, printing rights, reproduction rights, resale rights, or commercial licenses are not included with any purchase.

2. Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by FaTaL3DPrints are made to order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

This means each item is produced after an order is placed. Products are not pulled from mass-produced inventory. Each order may require printing, cleaning, curing, support removal, sanding, inspection, packing, and preparation before shipment.

Because items are made to order, production times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to order volume, print failures, resin availability, equipment maintenance, weather, shipping carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item is being produced specifically for you.

3. Product Nature and Customer Expectations

FaTaL3DPrints products are resin 3D printed hobby items. Many products are intended for collectors, model painters, garage kit builders, and hobbyists.

Unless a listing specifically states otherwise, products may require some level of hobby preparation, including but not limited to:

• Removing minor support marks
• Light sanding
• Gap filling
• Test fitting
• Assembly
• Pinning or magnetizing
• Priming
• Painting
• Final finishing

Resin 3D printed items may have minor characteristics that are normal for the production process. These may include small support marks, minor surface texture, slight fitment adjustments, drain holes, seam lines, or small areas requiring cleanup.

These normal characteristics are not considered defects.

4. Unpainted Items

Unless specifically stated otherwise, products are sold as unpainted resin kits.

Product photos, renders, painted examples, promotional images, or completed display examples may be used to show what a model can look like when finished. These images do not guarantee that the item will arrive painted, assembled, or fully finished unless the product listing clearly states that painting or assembly is included.

Customers are responsible for reading the full product listing before purchasing.

5. Scale, Size, and Listing Information

Product scale, measurements, complexity ratings, available options, and descriptions are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product title, description, scale, images, options, processing times, and any other listing details before placing an order.

FaTaL3DPrints is not responsible for a customer ordering the wrong item, scale, version, option, or quantity.

6. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order. FaTaL3DPrints reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

An order may be refused, canceled, or limited for reasons including but not limited to:

• Pricing errors
• Listing errors
• File or model availability issues
• Production issues
• Suspected fraud
• Abuse of shop policies
• Unreasonable customer demands
• Shipping restrictions
• Safety concerns
• Violation of these Terms of Service

If an order is canceled by FaTaL3DPrints before production begins, an appropriate refund may be issued.

7. Cancellations

Because items are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

If production has not started, FaTaL3DPrints may approve a cancellation. Once production has started, cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may be denied.

FaTaL3DPrints determines whether an order has entered production.

8. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, replacement parts, and store credit requests are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.

Because all items are made to order, FaTaL3DPrints generally does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except under extreme circumstances.

All return and refund requests are subject to the discretion of FaTaL3DPrints, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

By placing an order, you agree to review and follow the terms of our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates, shipping locations, estimated delivery timelines, tracking, carrier delays, address errors, returned packages, damaged packages, lost packages, and related delivery matters are governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Production time and shipping time are separate. A product must first be produced before it can be shipped.

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are largely outside the control of FaTaL3DPrints.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

By placing an order, you agree to review and follow the terms of our Shipping Policy.

10. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. FaTaL3DPrints reserves the right to correct pricing errors, listing errors, or checkout errors.

Payment is required at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, import fees, customs fees, or other charges associated with their order, where applicable.

11. Intellectual Property, Fan Art, and Unofficial Products

Some products sold by FaTaL3DPrints may be fan-created, unofficial, inspired by, compatible with, or visually associated with characters, franchises, games, shows, films, comics, anime, manga, or other existing media.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, FaTaL3DPrints is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, approved by, or officially connected to any original intellectual property owner, publisher, studio, developer, manufacturer, brand, company, or rights holder.

All trademarks, character names, series names, logos, brands, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

FaTaL3DPrints does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.

12. Model Designers and Sculptor Attribution

Some products sold by FaTaL3DPrints are based on digital sculpts, model files, or designs created by independent artists, sculptors, or model designers.

Where applicable, designer or sculptor credit may be listed on individual product pages. This credit is provided for attribution and transparency.

Designer attribution does not necessarily mean that:

• The designer owns any unrelated third-party intellectual property
• The designer is affiliated with any original IP owner
• The product is officially licensed by the original IP owner
• The designer endorses FaTaL3DPrints unless explicitly stated
• FaTaL3DPrints owns the underlying digital sculpt

FaTaL3DPrints sells physical printed items only. Purchase of a physical item does not include digital files, STL files, sculpting files, printing licenses, duplication rights, resale rights, mold-making rights, casting rights, scanning rights, or any other reproduction rights.

13. Digital Files Are Not Included

No purchase from FaTaL3DPrints includes digital files unless a listing explicitly states otherwise.

Customers may not request, demand, extract, reverse engineer, scan, duplicate, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any product purchased from FaTaL3DPrints unless they have received separate written permission from the appropriate rights holder.

Any attempt to recast, duplicate, scan, or reproduce a product for resale or redistribution may violate the rights of FaTaL3DPrints, the model designer, or other rights holders.

14. Product Photos, Renders, and Display Examples

Product listings may include renders, sample images, painted examples, prototype photos, or photos of completed display pieces.

These images are for reference only.

Final printed items may vary slightly due to resin color, print orientation, cleanup, support placement, lighting, photography, screen settings, scale, available options, and production methods.

Painted examples are not included unless the listing specifically states that the item is painted.

Bases, accessories, magnets, rods, decals, or other display elements are only included if specifically stated in the product listing.

15. Safety and Intended Use

Products sold by FaTaL3DPrints are intended for collectors, hobbyists, model painters, and display purposes.

They are not toys and are not intended for young children.

Products may contain small, sharp, fragile, or breakable parts. Resin dust may be harmful if inhaled, and customers should use proper safety precautions when sanding, cutting, drilling, or modifying resin parts.

Customers are responsible for safe handling, assembly, preparation, painting, display, and storage of purchased items.

FaTaL3DPrints is not responsible for injury, damage, improper handling, misuse, unsafe sanding, improper assembly, improper painting, or modification of products after delivery.

16. Customer Conduct

Customers agree not to misuse the website, checkout system, products, policies, or communication channels.

Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Fraudulent orders
• Chargeback abuse
• Harassment or abusive communication
• False damage claims
• Attempting to obtain products without payment
• Copying or scraping website content
• Attempting to reproduce or resell products without permission
• Using the website for unlawful purposes
• Interfering with the operation of the website

FaTaL3DPrints reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, block future purchases, or take other appropriate action in response to abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.

17. Website Content

All website text, product descriptions, photos, branding, graphics, layout, and other content created by FaTaL3DPrints are the property of FaTaL3DPrints unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, or use our website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-party intellectual property, model designs, character references, designer credits, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners.

18. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Availability

FaTaL3DPrints makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, pricing, descriptions, availability, and policy information.

However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update listings, change pricing, cancel orders, or modify product information at any time.

We do not guarantee that all products will remain available indefinitely.

19. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including but not limited to Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, social media platforms, or external websites.

FaTaL3DPrints is not responsible for the content, policies, practices, delays, errors, outages, or actions of third-party services.

Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

FaTaL3DPrints is not responsible for:

• Improper sanding or painting
• Damage caused by customer modification
• Damage caused by misuse
• Shipping carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery
• Customer failure to read product descriptions
• Customer failure to follow safety precautions
• Normal resin printing cleanup requirements
• Minor cosmetic imperfections typical of 3D printed items
• Delays caused by circumstances outside our control

Our maximum liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

22. No Guarantee of Finished Results

FaTaL3DPrints does not guarantee that a customer will achieve a particular finished result when assembling, sanding, priming, painting, magnetizing, pinning, or modifying a model.

Final results depend on the customer’s tools, materials, skill level, preparation, painting techniques, assembly methods, and handling.

23. Force Majeure

FaTaL3DPrints is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include but are not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, equipment failures, supplier delays, resin shortages, shipping carrier disruptions, labor interruptions, illness, accidents, platform outages, payment processor issues, or other unexpected events.

24. Policy Updates

FaTaL3DPrints may update these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or placement of an order after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

25. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New York State, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes related to these Terms of Service, the website, or purchases from FaTaL3DPrints shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.

26. Severability

If any part of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
