Shipping policy

Effective Date: May 27, 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are produced, packed, shipped, and handled by FaTaL3DPrints. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Made-to-Order Production

All products sold by FaTaL3DPrints are made to order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

This means your item is produced after your order is placed. Items are not pulled from mass-produced inventory. Each order may require printing, cleaning, curing, support removal, inspection, packing, and preparation before it is ready to ship.

Because products are made to order, production time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated production times may vary depending on order volume, model size, print complexity, resin availability, printer availability, print failures, equipment maintenance, or other production-related factors.

Typical production time is approximately 1–3 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page or communicated after purchase.

2. Shipping Locations

FaTaL3DPrints currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of the United States may be canceled and refunded if they cannot be fulfilled.

3. Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another available carrier, depending on the order size, destination, shipping method selected, and available shipping services.

FaTaL3DPrints reserves the right to choose or change the shipping carrier when necessary to safely and reasonably ship an order.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs may vary based on order size, package weight, shipping destination, selected shipping method, and carrier rates.

If free shipping or discounted shipping is offered, the terms of that offer will be shown at checkout or on the applicable promotion.

5. Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Processing and production time refers to the time needed to make and prepare your order before it is handed to the shipping carrier.

Shipping time refers to the time it takes the carrier to deliver the package after it has been accepted by the carrier.

Shipping estimates shown at checkout are carrier estimates only and do not include made-to-order production time unless specifically stated otherwise.

FaTaL3DPrints does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided through the contact information used at checkout.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created. In some cases, tracking may not show movement until the carrier scans the package into its system.

A shipping label being created does not always mean the package has already been accepted by the carrier.

7. Carrier Delays

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside the direct control of FaTaL3DPrints.

Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high package volume, missed scans, routing issues, transportation delays, local delivery disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

FaTaL3DPrints is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

FaTaL3DPrints is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, contact FaTaL3DPrints as soon as possible. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered production or once a shipping label has been created.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order resent.

Because items are made to order, returned packages are not automatically eligible for refund.

9. Returned Packages

If a package is returned to FaTaL3DPrints by the carrier, we will review the reason for the return.

Returned packages may occur due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refused delivery
  • Unclaimed package
  • Carrier error
  • Package damage during transit

If the package can be reshipped, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping unless FaTaL3DPrints determines that the return was due to an error on our part.

If the customer does not respond to reshipping communication within a reasonable time, FaTaL3DPrints may consider the order abandoned. Refunds are not guaranteed for abandoned, refused, or unclaimed made-to-order packages.

10. Lost Packages

If tracking shows that a package is still in transit but has not updated for an unusual amount of time, please contact FaTaL3DPrints so the issue can be reviewed.

In some cases, the customer may need to contact the shipping carrier directly, file a missing mail request, or provide additional information for a carrier investigation.

FaTaL3DPrints will review lost package situations on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances, FaTaL3DPrints may offer assistance such as replacement parts, replacement shipment, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or another resolution at our discretion.

FaTaL3DPrints is not responsible for carrier delays, missed scans, or packages that are still actively moving through the carrier network.

11. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check the following:

  • Around your mailbox, porch, front door, side door, garage, or package area
  • With household members, neighbors, roommates, building staff, or office staff
  • Any alternate delivery location listed in the tracking details
  • Your local post office or carrier delivery office

Packages are sometimes marked as delivered shortly before they physically arrive.

FaTaL3DPrints is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost, stolen, misplaced, or taken after delivery.

Delivered package issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

12. Damaged Packages or Items

FaTaL3DPrints takes care to pack orders safely. However, resin models can include small, delicate, or fragile parts, and damage may occasionally occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, contact FaTaL3DPrints as soon as possible after delivery.

To request review for a damaged shipment, you must provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item or parts
  • Clear photos of all packaging materials
  • Clear photos of the shipping box
  • A description of the issue

Please keep the damaged item, packaging, and shipping box until the issue has been reviewed. These may be needed for a carrier claim or damage assessment.

Depending on the situation, FaTaL3DPrints may offer replacement parts, a replacement shipment, partial refund, full refund, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.

Damage claims without clear photos or documentation may be denied.

13. Missing Parts

If your order arrives and appears to be missing parts, please contact FaTaL3DPrints with your order number and clear photos of everything you received.

If the missing part issue is confirmed, FaTaL3DPrints may provide replacement parts or another appropriate resolution.

Customers should fully inspect their order upon arrival before beginning assembly, sanding, priming, painting, or modification.

14. Combined Orders

If multiple orders are placed by the same customer, FaTaL3DPrints may combine shipments when reasonable.

Combined shipping is not guaranteed.

Shipping charges are not automatically refunded when orders are combined unless FaTaL3DPrints chooses to do so at its discretion.

15. Preorders, Large Orders, and Complex Orders

Some items may require additional production or preparation time due to size, part count, complexity, resin usage, printer availability, or order volume.

Large orders, multi-item orders, highly detailed kits, or complex models may take longer to produce and ship.

If an order is expected to require additional time, FaTaL3DPrints may provide an updated estimate when possible.

16. Shipping Restrictions

FaTaL3DPrints reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot be safely, legally, or reasonably shipped.

This may include orders with shipping addresses that are incomplete, invalid, unavailable through our shipping carriers, outside our shipping area, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled.

17. No Guaranteed Delivery Dates

FaTaL3DPrints does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Any production time, processing time, shipping time, or delivery estimate is an estimate only.

If you need an item by a specific deadline, contact FaTaL3DPrints before placing an order. We may not be able to accommodate deadline-based requests.

18. Policy Relationship to Other Store Policies

Shipping-related matters are governed by this Shipping Policy.

Returns, refunds, cancellations, replacements, and store credit requests are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.

Use of this website and purchase of products are also subject to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice.

19. Contact

For shipping questions, address issues, damaged packages, missing parts, or delivery concerns, please contact FaTaL3DPrints through the contact form on this website or by replying to your order confirmation email.

Please include your order number and clear photos when applicable.
