Refund policy

At FaTaL3DPrints, every item is produced made to order. Because each order is printed specifically for the customer after purchase, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has entered production.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Made-to-Order Policy

All products sold by FaTaL3DPrints are made to order. This means your item is not pulled from pre-made inventory. Production begins after your order is placed and each model is printed, processed, cleaned, cured, packed, and prepared specifically for you.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Ordering the wrong scale, version, or option
  • No longer wanting the item
  • Not reading the item description before purchase
  • Minor expectations about assembly, prep work, sanding, support marks, or finishing
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Buyer’s remorse

Return and Refund Eligibility

Returns and refunds are only considered under extreme circumstances and are handled entirely at the discretion of FaTaL3DPrints.

A refund or replacement may be considered if:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived with major damage caused during shipment
  • The order is missing significant pieces
  • There is a serious production issue that prevents the model from being assembled or used as intended

Minor cosmetic imperfections, small support marks, light sanding requirements, minor fitting adjustments, or typical resin print cleanup are not considered defects. Resin 3D printed models often require hobby-level preparation before painting or final assembly.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact FaTaL3DPrints as soon as possible after delivery.

To request review for a damaged item, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged part or parts
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • A description of the issue
  • Your order number

Damage claims without photos may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or store credit.

Depending on the situation, FaTaL3DPrints may offer one of the following at its discretion:

  • Replacement parts
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund
  • Store credit
  • Another resolution deemed appropriate by FaTaL3DPrints

Missing or Incorrect Parts

If your order is missing parts or you believe you received the wrong item, please contact FaTaL3DPrints with your order number and clear photos of everything you received.

If the issue is confirmed, FaTaL3DPrints may provide replacement parts or another appropriate resolution. Full refunds are not guaranteed and will only be offered when FaTaL3DPrints determines that a replacement or correction is not reasonable.

Returns

Because all items are made to order, returns are generally not accepted.

If FaTaL3DPrints approves a return under special circumstances, the item must be returned in the condition it was received. The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and will not be eligible for refund.

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at the discretion of FaTaL3DPrints.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless FaTaL3DPrints determines that a full refund is appropriate due to an error on our part.

Cancellations

Because orders are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

If production has not started, a cancellation may be approved. Once production has begun, cancellations are not guaranteed and may be denied.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the product listing before placing an order, including:

  • Product title
  • Scale
  • Description
  • Photos or renders
  • Assembly complexity
  • Painting or finishing requirements
  • Available options
  • Processing times
  • Shipping information

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand the item is made to order and may require hobby-level preparation, assembly, sanding, priming, and painting.

Final Decision

All return, refund, cancellation, replacement, and store credit decisions are made at the sole discretion of FaTaL3DPrints, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

FaTaL3DPrints reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
